Anasazi Beans

Thousands of years ago, the Anasazi Indians of the Southwest grew beans as one of their main sources of food. These ancient Indians were known as Cliff-Dwellers and one of their main crops was this beautiful maroon and white bean - as colorful as a wild pinto pony. In fact, these beans are still occasionally found near Cliff-Dweller ruins. Now you can cook with this very same bean used by the ancient Cliff-Dwellers! 16 ounce Bag, with Recipes
