The Frog Woman Style Pot is named after the original Frog Woman named Paqua Naha, born on First Mesa around 1890. For most of her creative life she made traditional Hopi/Tewa pottery with either a yellow or cream slip. Just three years before her death she came up with a dazzling white slip which was immediately accepted.
