Shipping Rates and Information
U.S. Standard Delivery Online and phone orders orders received Monday - Friday before 2:00 p.m. Mountain Standard Time Monday - Friday will be processed the same day. Online and phone orders order placed after 2:00 p.m. Mountain Standard Time will be processed the next business day. We will ship your package via DHL. Delivery takes from 4-8 business days depending on where you live. U.S. Express Delivery Online and phone orders orders received Monday - Friday before 2:00 PM MT will be shipped the same business day. Orders received after 2:00 PM MT are scheduled to ship the next business day. All Express Delivery packages are delivered Monday - Friday. Our Express Delivery air carrier is UPS. UPS residential deliveries generally arrive by 8:00 PM. Express Delivery is not available to P.O. Boxes. You must provide a street address. Express Delivery is not available for orders being shipped outside the U.S. Shipping Rates:
Delivery to International Destinations (outside the U.S.) International orders are shipped via USPS. Express Delivery is not available. International orders will receive two credit card charges: the first charge for the merchandise and a second charge for shipping, once the amount is determined. The Shipping charge will reflect the actual cost of shipping the package(s) to your location. We ask that you provide us with a valid email address so we can send information regarding the package to you. Customers are responsible for all duties and taxes upon receipt. For more information please contact your local Customs agency. Return and Exchange Policy If you are dissatisfied with any item you purchase, you may return it to us within 60 days for a refund of the purchase price or an exchange. We do not refund the original product shipping charges. Returned items are credited to the credit card used for your original order. Then, (if applicable) a new exchange order is processed and billed to your credit card, (MINUS the shipping cost). If you paid by check you will be sent a refund check in the mail. To return or exchange an item please refer to the instructions on the back of your invoice. Donations Donations can be made online, by phone (1-877-788-9962) using your Credit card, or by check using the order form in the center of our print catalog. After you make a donation your will receive a letter indicating the amount of your donation and details about the project that you donated to. Credit Card Charges Your credit card will be charged when the order is processed. Back-ordered items will not be charged to your card until the merchandise is available.
